Refund & Return Policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or color preference. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us at chanellefitnessco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the damage/defect
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. You do not need to return the item unless we request it. Do not contact our printing partners directly. All issues must be reported to chanellefitnessco@gmail.com and we will resolve it with our fulfillment team.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Report lost packages to chanellefitnessco@gmail.com within 30 days. We will file a claim with our fulfillment partner and issue a replacement or refund once approved.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are printed on demand specifically for you and cannot be resold. We cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Slight color variations due to screen settings
- Items washed or worn
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
European Union Customers - 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags. Custom/printed items may be exempt under EU law.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Banks may take additional time to process.
